Terms and Conditions

By making this booking for Santa Photos On The Beach Tannum Sands with Turn Back Time Productions, I hereby grant and authorise Turn Back Time Productions the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all photograph's of the person's photographed.

 

I authorise these images to be published on Turn Back Time Productions Social Media platforms for promotion of the business. Should I not wish myself or the family members photographed to be published on Turn Back Time Productions website or social media platforms, I understand that I must advise this in writing to tbtvp2024@gmail.com.

 

This authorisation shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing.

I (the customer), waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product.

 

I agree that I have accepted to this release without the person's photographed being compensated. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photography.

 

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of Turn Back Time Productions.

 

I hereby hold harmless and release Turn Back Time Productions from all liability and obligations from any claim for injury, illness, claims or demands.

 

I understand that the materials taken at the filming of this event 22/11/25 - 23/11/25 are covered by this document only.

 

I/we, the person's photographed hereby agreed that we have read this document and are bounded by it.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Should you not be able to attend your session and provide more than 48 hours notice, a full refund will be given. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of your session will not be refunded.  

Should Turn Back Time Productions cancel the shoot due to weather, a full refund will be provided.
